Accommodations

The standard rate of $3,500, includes a private bedroom with a double bed. Each bathroom is shared with just one other room.

For friends or couples traveling together, a shared-room rate is available at $3,200 per person. Each shared room has one double bed.

Payment Schedule

If you join before May 1, 2026, an initial payment of $1,800 secures your place. This includes the $1,000 deposit and the first $800 installment.

The remaining balance is paid in two installments:

• $800 due May 1, 2026

• $900 due June 1, 2026

If you join on or after May 1, 2026, $2,600 is due upon booking, with the remaining $900 due on June 1, 2026.

All payments must be completed by June 1, 2026. You’re welcome to pay ahead of schedule, in part or in full.

Payment Methods

Once your attendance is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure Stripe payment link. Payment can also be made by Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or bank transfer. Credit card payments processed through Stripe are subject to standard processing fees.

Refund Policy

Deposit

The $1,000 deposit is non-refundable and secures your room.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel:

• Before April 30, 2026, 50% of payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.

• After April 30, 2026, payments are non-refundable.

• If your place can be filled from the waitlist, payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded in full.

If I need to cancel:

• You will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.

• If the plan must be materially altered due to circumstances outside my control, including severe weather, travel restrictions, or safety concerns, refunds will reflect costs already committed and services already delivered.

Refunds are processed within seven days of written notice.
