Accommodations
The standard rate of $3,500 includes a private bedroom with a double bed. In keeping with traditional riad architecture, each bathroom is shared between two rooms.
For friends or couples traveling together, a shared-room rate is available at $3,200 per person. Each shared room has one double bed.
Payment Schedule
A payment of $2,600 is due upon booking. The remaining $900 is due June 1, 2026.
All payments must be completed by June 1, 2026. You’re welcome to pay ahead of schedule, in part or in full.
Payment Methods
Once your attendance is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure Stripe payment link. Payment can also be made by Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or bank transfer. Credit card payments processed through Stripe are subject to standard processing fees.
Refund Policy
At this stage, arrangements and financials commitments have already been made. As such, all payments are non-refundable.
If I need to cancel:
You will receive a full refund of all payments made.
If the plan must be materially altered:
Refunds will reflect costs already committed and services already delivered if the trip must be materially altered due to circumstances outside my control, including severe weather, travel restrictions, or safety concerns.
Refunds are processed within seven days of written notice.
